Chalet Brunnwinkl Chalet "Brunnwinkl", from the 18th century is outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre, in a secluded, quiet position, directly by the lake and in the woods. It offers a a natural garden, patio, pergola, a lawn for sunbathing and a private beach. The accommodation is 100 m2 three-bedroom chalet on 2 levels with rustic and cosy furnishings and is suitable for five people.The internal features of the ground floor include an entrance hall a living/dining room with tiled stove and an exit to the garden, an open kitchen with 3 hotplates and oven, a shower with separate WC. On the top floor are 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm), 1 small room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed. The home has electric heating, wood heating and a nice view of the lake and the countryside.There is motor access to the grounds (300 m via unmade road), 200 m footpath to the house and a limited number of parking spaces) within 200 m. Grocers are within 2 km, restaurant ~1 km, bus stop ~ 600 m, ferry ~1.7 km, public bathing area ~1 km, golf course ~10 km, tennis ~1 km and cable car ~3 km.
